Since 1997, Enrico has been a consultant, based in Singapore, providing services to government and business on petroleum, chemical, and related industries. Before 1997, Enrico worked for Caltex, where he held a variety of senior petroleum industry positions in refining, supply logistics, negotiation, and joint venture relationships at the highest level of management. Enrico has significant experience in refinery optimization, facilities planning, linear programming, and process control computer applications.
Enrico graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering in 1961. Previously, Enrico was the Managing Director for Refining, Planning, and Environmental for the Caltex Group of Companies in Singapore.
