Optimization Integrated Solution Analytics, LLC (OISA) is a private Texas-based company, 50 percent owned by Muse, Stancil & Co (Muse). The company develops and licenses software to interface with linear programming (LP) models and other refining and petrochemical planning tools.

The software accesses data from LP model output files and presents the results via an intuitive graphical and tabular interface. The enhancement significantly improves the understanding of LP model solutions for both the programmer and management, and ultimately enables the team to make more confident business decisions.

Mr. Juan M. Jimenez is a principal consultant of Muse, based out of its Dallas office. Prior to joining Muse, Mr. Jimenez held positions at PMI (trading arm of Pemex), Aspen Technology, and Flint Hills Resources. With a post-graduate degree from the Moscow Oil and Gas Institute, Mr. Jimenez is fluent in English, Spanish, and Russian.
