Kirk Moser

Mr. Moser is a Vice President and Director at Muse, Stancil & Co. (“Muse”), and has over 25 years of financial, operational, and consulting experience in petroleum and renewable refining, logistics and storage, pipeline, and natural gas processing. A variety of assignments have focused on business valuation and strategy, price forecast and modeling, feedstock and product market studies, and transactional due diligence. Prior to joining Muse in 2008, he worked for Exxon Mobil Corporation, holding positions within controllers, financial reporting, and internal audit. He holds a B.B.A. degree in finance from the University of Oklahoma and an M.B.A. degree in finance and strategy from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. He is an Accredited Member – Business Valuation with the American Society of Appraisers. He previously served as a board member for GPA Midstream North Texas (“NTGPA Midstream”).
