Ken is a Principal of the firm and a Managing Consultant in Muse’s London office. Ken has played a leading role in assignments for a wide range of clients in the oil refining, product marketing, and power generation sectors. These assignments have included technical and economic advisory roles in mergers and acquisitions, privatizations, project due diligence review, and feasibility studies. Prior to joining Muse, Ken worked for over 20 years with BP and Mobil in a range of refinery operations, technical planning, supply, and trading positions. He holds a B.S. in chemical engineering.

Simon Bonini
Simon Bonini has over 30 years of experience in the LNG and international energy industry and has managed all aspects along the LNG chain, including developing and implementing new strategies. He has hands-on experience in a wide range of commercial transactions and negotiations including M&A and gas and LNG sales contracts. He spent 17 years at BG Group developing several businesses including the Trinidad export project, the shipping business, established BG’s position in Lake Charles, and the global LNG trading business.
Mr. Bonini also worked at Woodside, establishing their U.S. LNG strategy, and at Centrica, founding their LNG import business. Most recently, he has been active as COO and Board member of 4Gas and Dragon LNG. He was also one of the founding partners of Parallax Energy and CEO of Louisiana LNG and Live Oak LNG.
Mr. Bonini has extensive international experience in the LNG industry, having worked in the UK, USA, Trinidad & Tobago, and the Netherlands during his career. He holds a first class degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College, London, and an MBA from INSEAD, France. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chemical Engineers.
